I was born in Newton, Massachusetts, and have been playing music for almost 30 years. My involvement with the YMCA Sandy Island Camp as Counselor and Music Director, coupled with my work with students at the Perkins School for the Blind, has inspired me to work with children even more. I recieved my Music Together training through the Center for Music and Young Children in 2004. I bring my special brand of humor and love of music to every class I teach and every event I perform at.

What do i do? I play at birthday parties and preschool events in and around the New England area for groups of 2-200 people, I give "Mommy (and/or daddy) and Me" guitar lessons, I am a Trivia DJ, and love naps and eating. My almost wife and i are expecting our first child january 2010 i have been on-air for almost two years with my radio show "The Uncle Phil Music Show-Intelligent Music for the Whole Family" on 106.1 WSCA-LP FM and if you dont live in pmouth, then you can listen live every friday from 10a.m-noon at www.wscafm.org I also can act and play characters for your film or stage show for a nominal fee...
